We’re gearing up for a trip back home to Florida… in search of spring.
Ron is going to have the trailer bearings checked Monday. They shouldn’t need servicing yet, but the last time I washed the wheel wells, it looked like someone had squirted grease out of a ketchup bottle onto the driver side wheel well. So I need to find out where that grease came from and why.
We also have appointments with the groomer Monday… haircut for Sunny and a bath for Sheba. Sheba needs her toenails clipped, but flat refuses to allow anyone to do it, so we’ll see if the groomer has better luck with her this time. If not, it will have to wait until her next vet visit.
We’re not sure which day we’ll leave. I still have to dewinterize the water system and pack. Will wait until after the bearings are checked to start that.
We had planned to park at Ann’s place and do the fan installation there. But she will be doing taxes that week. So instead we’ll park at Mom’s and do it there.
Anyway, it sure feels good to be looking forward to sunshine and camping again!
